At Coopers Rural & Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our agricultural and hardware supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as customized orders or hazardous materials, may be exempt from return.

  Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return shipping address.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the goods in their original box and include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
