We offer standard courier delivery for small items and specialized freight services for bulky goods like fencing, feed, and hardware. Local delivery is available for eligible postcodes surrounding our physical store locations.

Can I click and collect my order?

Yes, you can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your items are ready for pickup at our designated service desk.

What is your return policy for hardware and tools?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Please note that certain agricultural chemicals and custom-cut materials may be exempt from change-of-mind returns.

Do you offer trade accounts for commercial farmers and contractors?

Absolutely. We provide trade account facilities for commercial operators. Please contact our support team or visit us in-store to complete a credit application and discuss volume-based pricing.
